- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO RESPONSES ARE NECESSARY. CONTRACT INFORMATION: This supply contract will be procured through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process with full and open competition. The item required is one (1) newly manufactured, multipurpose geotechnical truck-mounted drill rig for delivery to Fort Worth, Texas. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about 24 June 2014; and offers will be due on or about 24 July 2014. A firm fixed price UNRESTRICTED contract is anticipated to be awarded using Lowest Priced, Technical Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria with the following evaluation factors: Technical Capability, Price, Past Performance, and Delivery Date. Anticipated award date is 25 August 2014. The 2012 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 333120, SIC is 3531, the PSC is 3820. This proposal is unrestricted and all qualified, responsive, and responsible firms may compete. After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at the internet address below. Specifications will not be made available in paper format or on compact disk. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOps website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Databases, to receive a Government contract award. You may register at for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
