***THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO CORRECT THE OPENING DATE TO MAY 29, 2014 AND THE CLOSING DATE TO JUNE 29, 2014. NSN: 5975-00-976-1035, Reel-Grounding. Approved Source(s): WOODHEAD, LP, Cage 79409, P/N 143050 and DELMACO MANUFACTURING, INC, CAGE 3GLA9, P/N N-1035-50-R. Destination Inspection required. FOB is Origin. First Destination Transportation applies to this procurement. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 54 days. This NSN is not a critical application item, nor a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on 3/11/14. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is for a stock buy. Solicited unrestricted on other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), 300 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 75 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal cost and pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance.
