- Description
- The United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT) A7KQ intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a Sole Source basis to DLT Solutions. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is 12 June 2014 and is required to purchase Out of Maintenance Upgrade for SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor SL500 and Out of Maintenance Upgrade SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
