Description

The Government requires Repair Services of a Cell Saver 5 Plus EE # 55072 in support of the Miami VA Medical Center. The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and services necessary to perform the work necessary for the proper performance of a Cell Saver 5 Plus. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the Manufacturer HAEMONETICS. Vendor will replace the CPU PCB and then verify its full functionality and that it meets all standards set by the manufacturer. Vendor is to have original equipment manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals and schematics to perform the services. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by, State and local ordinances, with Manufacturer's Manual and Quality Control Manual, and with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and Specifications provided herein.
