Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Dorn VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 has a requirement for a Jodi-XL Suction Devise for Hearing Aids. The Government expects to award to a single contractor a contract which shall be Firm Fixed Price with a firm quantity and no option years. This requirement is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business participation only. As prescribed in 11.107(a), insert the following provision: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 1999) (a) If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal," the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government's needs.
