- Sources Sought This is a request for information only. This is not a request for proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron (LGCB), Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources for on-line legislative tracking and congressional news service. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing an online congressional news subscription based service that provides comprehensive, nonpartisan coverage of Congressional activities.
