Description
This solicitation is for aN Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 2610-00-142-5160 (TIRE,PNEUMATIC) not to exceed 6 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 05/28/2014; however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Coleen Ross at 614 693 1619 or scanned and emailed to Coleen.Ross@dla.mil Note - Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Drawings/specifications are not available. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 2610. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: MANUFACTURER'S CAGE CODE (08SN2),PART NUMBER PCT182F While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. When the size of the rolled flap and normal distance between beads assure that flap will remain in place during normal handling and transportation, no tying is required.
