- REDACTED LSJ SYNOPSIS The effort provides (SMC/MC) with the expertise and programs support necessary to ensure the program requirements are met in a timely, efficient and effective manner. The Contractor provides the following. Personnel Management: the current support identifies and corrects errors in the high volume of Officer Performance Reports/Enlisted Performance Reports (OPRs/EPRs). Fixing OPRs/EPRs as well as submitting them to ensure that Air Force members will have the correct information available in their records when being considered for school, promotion, or other opportunity. Readiness Support: Deployment taskings and unit readiness to support wartime tasks. Core records keeping and maintenance of vital records required to deploy unit personnel. Additionally the tasks listed below are also provided: •· Management Analysis •· Information Management •· Training Management •· Supply Management •· Personnel Management •· Readiness support
