Description

Modification 2: The pre-solicitation notice issued on May 8, 2014 is modified as follows: 1. Contractors' questions and Government responses are provided in the attached file for information purposes. 2. Sub-criteria B under Selection Criteria 7, Small Business Utilization, is changed to read: "Sub-criteria B - Utilization and participation of small business concerns for this contract. All offerors shall provide information regarding the participation of small business concerns in this contract. Identify in terms of dollar value and percentage of total proposed price, the extent of work to be performed as the prime contractor and the planned usage of SB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB and HBCU/MI. Identify each subconsultant by name, discipline and size status. Utilize $100,000,000 as the total proposed price. 3. There is no change to the response date/time of June 17, 2014, 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time.
