- Limited Source Justification This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Competitive quotes are being requested under N0001514RC11124. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses, NAICS code is 334118 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The proposed contract action is for a brand name Xerox Equipment only. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. The brand name and model number of the product(s) are as follows: Item 0001: Xerox Phaser 4600/DN Laser Printer, Xerox PN 4600/DN, 30 each Item 0002: Xerox Hard Drive - 160GB F/4600/4620, Xerox PN 097N1879, 30 each Item 0003: Xerox Productivity Kit-Printer Upgrade Kit for Xerox 8570 w/HDD, Xerox PN 097S04141, 30 each New equipment only. All equipment must be warranted and must be supportable by the manufacture. FOB Destination. Ship to Address: Office of Naval Intelligence, 4251 Suitland Road, Washington DC, 20395-5720 This is not an all or none solicitation, multiple awards may be made if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest technically acceptable quote.
