Description

The Veterans Administration has an existing lease with MOUNTAIN TOWERS PROPERTIES of Washington DC for space in the Mountain Towers, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Glendale CO that is expiring. The current lease is for 1,314 NUSF of office administration space. The VA is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous. Prospective Offerors are advised that the VA will consider the relocation costs, including the physical move and the voice and data systems move, when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue a sole-source acquisition. The delineated area is North of Evans Avenue, South of Interstate 70, East of University Avenue and West of Quebec Street in the metropolitan area of Denver CO. The Government is limited by law (40 USC 27a, as amended October 1, 1981) to pay no more than the appraised fair market rental value for space. Respondents are advised that the VA assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement.
