Description: THIS IS A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO THE MATOC VISN23 MN/ND CONTRACT HOLDERS Project Number: 656-13-241 Project Title: Replace Fire Alarm System Devices Project Location: Saint Cloud VA Health care System, St. Cloud, MN The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) on behalf of the St. Cloud Health Care System (VAHCS) hereby issues a Task Order Proposal Request (TOPR) for a single, firm fixed-price task order for completion of a general construction project titled "Replace Fire Alarm System Devices" at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System, St. Cloud, Minnesota. This project replaces fire alarm system building devices on the St. Cloud VAHCS campus in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Work includes campus-wide replacement/reconfiguration of existing field devices and associated replacement of electrical circuits and conduit. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. The estimated Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The required period of performance is 365 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Construction. Project specifications and drawings are incorporated into the TOPR attached to this notice. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MATOC CONTRACTS APPLY TO THIS TASK ORDER. A pre-proposal conference and site visit shall be held on June 2, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. (CDT). Participants shall meet in Room 207C in Building 3, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303-23097. Hard hat is required for access into construction areas. All requests for information (RFIs) shall be submitted to the contracting officer via e-mail to Kathryn.Crowthers@va.gov.
