- This combined synopsis/solicitation is being updated to reflect an extension to the original quote deadline and provide additional detail. All interested firms should identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement as outlined below. The Part Number for this requirement is 3792195-1. No other changes are made. It is noted that "factory new" and "new surplus" items are acceptable for quotation purposes. Refurbished and used items will not be considered for this request for quote. The closing date is extended to May 29, 2014. Quotes must be considered by that date in order to be considered for award. Please see changes noted in italics below. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the delivery of one (1) each Actuating Valve Test Set, PN: 3792195-1, NSN 4920-01-469-6330, Brand Name or Equal, for the C-40 Program, on a competitive basis using simplified acquisition procedures. This item is also called a Test Set Pneumatic System Components. This item is required to perform testing of the Go/No-Go, of the pneumatic controls, when it is used to test the pneumatic controls during periodic checks and troubleshooting. This requirement is being procured as a full and open competition. Interested firms should identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement prior to the closing date. Responses should contain: Contractor's Name, cage code, address, phone number, Point of contact and email, business size status, and a brief statement identifying their capability to meet the requirement. The government does not possess a drawing package or any technical data. Delivery of supplies shall be FOB Destination (FAR 52.247-34), eight (8) weeks after award of the purchase order, to NAS Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, WA 98278-7700. All shipping costs should be rolled into your unit price. Packaging and Shipping shall be in accordance with Best Commercial Practices. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination by the Government. DFAR Clause 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, applies to this procurement. Any end items that have a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or above shall incorporate this clause. The quotation should include any applicable costs associated with these unique identifier tags. Quotes should be valid for sixty days. Contractors must be current and registered in the System for Award Management ( www.SAM.gov ) by the quote receipt deadline in order to be considered for award.
