- The WAARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements that we know of. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to STAGELINE for STAGE PARTS for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because Stageline is the only known manufacturer and distributer of after-market STAGELINE parts.
