- Questions and Answers 1. Please confirm the quote should be sent to your email today? Answer: We have extended the response date to Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:59 pm Eastern time. Yes you can email me your bid. 2. Will surveyors be provided a daily parking pass for when they need to be at an airport taxi waiting lot or does this cost need to be covered by the contractor? This is a good question, I have no idea. There is an office on campus of the airport with free parking, which is where I parked. This should not be an issue, but I can't give a definitive answer right now. Let me contract the regulator. This will take more than a day though. 3. Are quote responses for this solicitation due on May 21, 2014 at 3pm EST (stated within the synopsis description) or at 11:59 pm EST (listed under the General Information right-side panel)? Answer: The response date has been changed to Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:59 pm Eastern time. 4. Is it acceptable to include the cost proposal with the technical proposal? Answer: Yes.
