- Cancels line item 1 and contains Q&A from Pre-Bid Conference AMENDMENT 1 CANCELS LINE ITEM 1 AND CONTAINS Q&A FROM 5/13/2014. This office will issue a Request for Quotations which will result in a firm-fixed price contract for flooring removal and replacement on the Salem Ranger District of the Mark Twain National Forest in Dent County, Missouri. The Government estimate for this project is less than $25,000. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238330. The small business size standard is $14 million in average annual receipts for the past 3 fiscal years. All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website.
