The Intoxilyzer 9000 is required in order to stay within state regulatory guidance. The primary use for this instrument is to determine the breath alcohol content for motor vehicle operators, and provides evidence for prosecutor purposes in Federal court. Overall, this is the only instrument used for evidential breath alcohol testing in the state of Georgia. Market Research indicated this requirement can only be procured from. who provided a letter indicating that they are the sole manufacturer and distributor of this product. The Intoxilyzer 9000 is mandated by the State of GA for use by all law enforcement agencies. less than br greater than less than br greater than 6.Actions to Increase Competition: This procurement action will be synopsized in FedBizOpps to alert interested subcontractors and potential contractors of this action.
