- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). THE RFP/SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. PROPOSALS ARE NOT BEING SOLICITED OR ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 237310, Size standards is $33.5. The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is to advertise that the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office is anticipating the acquisition of a highway construction project. In accordance with FP-2003, this project consists of new road construction of 13.96km of grade and drainage work, sub-grade stabilization with road bond, placement of aggregate base course, hot asphalt concrete pavement, new quadruple barrel precast concrete box culvert, and miscellaneous construction in accordance with the specification and design drawings in Alamo, New Mexico. The Solicitation will be released on or about June 2, 2014. The estimated project magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000.00. No hardcopies will be sent out. Reference the Solicitation Number: A14PS00528. On or about June 2, 2014, the solicitation will be released on Fedconnect and Fedbizopps. Do not request for the solicitation package prior to the solicitation posting.
