Description

Notice of Intent for Sole Source Pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Hospital Bremerton Contracting Officer, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Advanced Sterilization Products (J & J) in the amount of $26,438.24 for the one time Preventive Maintenance and calibration of thePlasma Sterilizers Model 100NX (2 ea) and the Sterilizer Sterrad NX (1 ea). ASP provides proprietary maintenace service and parts necessary to service the Sterrad systems, thus guarantees system credibility if the equipment is maintained by them and not a third party. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the descretation of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
