- The USDA, ARS, Western Regional Research Center (WRRC), Albany, California has a requirement for continued field support (within a 90-mile radius of the WRRC) on an existing transplanting research project. This project involves preparing sixty-four 40-ft plots for transplanting test materials; each plot to specific treatment application requirements. Services include cultivation, pest control, harvesting, and production analysis. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source that provided the initial project services, Two Bees Enterprises. A solicitation is not available for this notice. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit proposals including descriptive literature (refer to FAR 52.214.21) of their services to Clarice Dixson, USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Western Regional Research Center, 800 Buchanan Street, Albany, CA 94710 or by e-mail to Clarice.Dixson@ars.usda.gov no later than 11:00AM PDST May 22, 2014.
