- Pr Number: 1000025405 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Style 1, X-10 Digital Combination Lock RFP Due Date: June 25, 2014 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation utilizing commercial procedures I/A/W FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 1 Item. The NSN is 5340-01-625-9851. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 120 days. This solicitation does not contain Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Surge Pricing is not included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 2014 July 31 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing "Best Value" Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under the streamlined procedures of FAR Subpart 12.6. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Factor is Past Performance (including Quality and Delivery Performance). Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being substantially more important than price.
