- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6670-01-472-6121, Load Cell, in accordance with Boeing CAGE 77272 P/N 901-320-503-103. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 24 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 6 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 120 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Origin. Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Osprey V-22A Aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is June 2, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
