Description

1. The specs say the carpet can be purchased at a GSA discounted rate but there is no manufacturer specified. Can you provide the manufacturer that we should contact? ANSWER: The specification for carpet is included in the Statement of Work. A model/manufacturer is not listed as the specifications cannot be proprietary. It's up to the contractors to supply a carpet that meets or surpasses these specifications. The reference regarding using GSA's discounted rate is valid. Once the carpet is selected, GSA will allow the contractor to purchase the carpet at GSA Federal Supply Schedule pricing, if the carpet selected is available on Federal Supply Schedule and a discounted rate is applicable.
