- The Department of Veterans Affairs Consolidated Patient Account Center (CPAC) intends to host Vendor Outreach Day on July 16, 2014. The purpose of Vendor Outreach Day is to allow interested businesses to exchange their capabilities on health care revenue cycle information services. Areas of specific interest include; patient accounts management (accounts receivable, denial management, account payment posting) utilization review management (pre-certification/pre-authorization, tracking of authorized services), payer relations (ability to monitor Insurance payer agreements, compliance with federal regulations, payer payment trends, and payer market analysis), insurance verification care revenue. Applicable NAICS are 541611, 561110, 52411, 541219, 541211, 621111, 524292, 5241, and 5242. Companies are asked to register by completing and returning the vendor registration posted with this announcement via email by Friday, May 30, 2014 to Kevin Johnson at Kevin.Johnson580fa@va.gov. Twelve (12) registered companies will be selected to present their capabilities to VA personnel in one-on-one breakout sessions limited to fifteen (15) minutes followed by fifteen (15) minutes of questions from CPAC staff. One-on-One breakout sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Prior to the event, all Vendor Outreach Day presenters shall provide a copy of presentation content to Kevin Johnson at Kevin.Johnson580fa@va.gov via email no later than close of business Monday, June 16, 2014. The Government does not request any proprietary information be submitted, nor shall it be liable, for any consequential damages for any proprietary information. Presentation materials will not be returned. The event will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Daylight Savings Time at the Florida Caribbean Consolidated Patient Account Center located at 2500 S. Lakemont Avenue, Third Floor, Orlando, Florida 32814. Registration Please register by completing company information listed in the vendor registration sheet posted with this announcement and return to Kevin Johnson at (Kevin.Johnson580fa@va.gov) via email on or before May 30, 2014. Due to space limitations, each Vendor team is limited to three (3) people. One-On-One Breakout Sessions The selected twelve (12) companies registered will be allowed fifteen (15) minutes to present their capabilities to VA personnel in one-on-one breakout sessions.
