ATT3 Task Background ATT4 Pricing Template ATT2 CLAUSES TERMS & CONDITIONS Request for Quote (RFQ) Senior Leadership Team Training Support Services. Performance Work Statement (PWS) JIEDDO's Senior Leadership Team Training Support task is to tailor a leadership training experience with necessary collateral materials that supports JIEDDO's vision of developing a workforce whose members support and promote values of dignity and respect in the workplace. The training support is envisioned to consist of up to three separate training events for approximately 40 members of the extended Senior Leadership Team over a period of about six months or less. Providing expert instructional design and development services to tailor an existing leadership training program to conduct up to three [3] one-half day, "train the trainers" events for the approximately 40-member JIEDDO extended leadership group, which includes the Command Group, deputy directors, and division chiefs. These training events will build upon the results of a separate training event that focused on JIEDDO Leadership awareness and support for Department of Defense (DoD) Sexual Harassment and Assault Reporting Program (SHARP) compliance. See attachment 3 - Summary of SHARP Training which includes the following, but limited to: a. Impact of non-compliance or deviation from the training on the organization and its mission. b. Personal responsibility of all members to identify any breach and to provide mutual support against predatory behaviors and sexual harassment. c. Promote an environment of dignity and respect throughout the organization.
