- Version 3 of Attachment G - Pricing Form Version 2 of Attachment A - JHSV Technical Manual, with changes tracked from the previous version. Version 2 of Attachment A - JHSV Technical Manual A conformed copy of the RFP as of Amendment 0005, with changes tracked from the previous version. Note: the table at C-1.2.1 (Crew Phase Up) is replaced in its entirety; for the sake of legibility, the changes this represents are not individually marked. Amendment 0005 IMPORTANT: A Department of Labor Wage Determination for Masters and Mates occupations is currently being developed. See Q&A #39. This requirement was previously synopsized by presolicitation notice N00033-13-R-5300. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Sealift Program Office (PM5) hereby requests proposals for the operation and maintenance of up to five U.S. flagged, self-sustaining Joint High Speed Vessels (JHSV). Relevant dates are provided below; all are subject to change: Proposals Due: 03 June 2014, 2:00 PM Washington, DC time. Contract Performance Start Date: 24 May 2015 To assist MSC in responding to inquiries, prospective offerors are asked to send questions/comments regarding this solicitation to the designated points of contact via email only. ***Update - 23 April 2014*** MSC is currently working to provide thorough and definitive responses to questions received from prospective offerors. Additional Q&A and amendment documents will be posted as soon as possible before the solicitation's closing date in order to permit offerors sufficient time for proposal preparation. Due to several factors, it is not feasible to give reliable advanced notice or estimates as when these future postings will occur.
