- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville has a requirement for overhaul, prep, prime, paint, and replace Built-In Breathing System (BIBS) valves for a recompression chamber, YDT-17 of the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City, FL under NAICS Code 336611. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with the Competition in Contracting (CICA), FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items œSection 4202 of the Clinger-Cohne act of 1996 and the method of acquisition will be on a un-restricted basis. The solicitation resulting from this announcement will be posted on or about the 16th day after the closing date of this Pre-Solicitation Notice (Synopsis) via http://www.fedbizopps.gov website. The Government will not distribute a (paper) copy of the solicitation or amendment documents. Prospective offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation package, including attachments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents, telephone and facsimile requests are not acceptable. This notice of intent (Pre-Solicitation Notice) is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of offers. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only.
