- <img src="file:///C:/Temp/1/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image002.jpg" alt="GSA%20Logo%202" width="65" height="65" /> GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Ogden Delineated Area: Central Business Area Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): n/a Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 31,983 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking per local and city codes and 215 employee spaces Full Term: 2 Firm Term: 5 Additional Requirements: 120 day notice after Firm Term Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. **The U.S. Government is contemplating a succeeding lease at 2484 S. Washington Boulevard and is soliciting interest in possible competitive locations. Relocation costs to the tenant agency will be considered in evaluation of alternative locations.** Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. Expressions of interest that do not include all of the following information will be ineligible and will not be considered: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building 2. Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced 3. ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4. Date of space availability 5. Building ownership information 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates.
