Description

Questions and Answers (Solicitation VA249-14-Q-0513) Question: 1.In re the RFQ issued today, VA249-14-Q-0513, what will the contractor's responsibility be with respect to the off-site classroom? Answer: The contractor will need to provide an off-site classroom setting that is conducive for learning at their expense. The off-site classroom needs to be safe, clean, comfortable, and attractive so that it stimulates learning and builds a classroom community. For reference Examples of off-site classrooms can be hotel conference rooms and institutional establishments. Question: 2. Is the contractor responsible for identifying an off-site classroom? Answer: Yes, the contractor is responsible for identifying an off-site classroom. Question: 3.Is the contractor responsible to pay for an off-site classroom? Answer: Yes, the contractor is responsible for paying for the off-site classroom. Question: 4.We are interested in potentially offering a proposal for this requirement. In reading the solicitation I cannot find the number of participants to be trained. Since training materials will be provided for each participant, the cost will vary depending upon the number attending. Can you provide the number of participants to be trained? Answer: There will be one individual participating in the training. Question: 5.What is the deadline for submitting questions in regarding to this solicitation? Answer: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by e-mail to Matthew.Cox@va.gov no later than 8am CST Thursday May 15, 2014.
