- Description
- CNSL requires support for their travel program. DTS Administration, travel authorization and voucher preparation, CBA management, IBA management, debt management and collection, and financial reconciliation are the primary focus of this effort. The work involved in this PWS requires inquiring, handling, and using Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual ™s identity such as date of birth and social security number. The Contractor shall have appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of PII records. Note also the requisite clauses in the contract, to include FAR 52.224-1 and -2, incorporated herein by reference. CNSL is comprised of approximately 81 ships and 29 shore activities. CNSL generates approximately 15,000 travel orders per year. These projections represent the Government ™s best estimate. The actual workload fluctuates widely each year, plus or minus ten percent (10%), based on funding availability and operational schedule of ships and activities. CNSL ships and shore activities are located in Norfolk, VA, Mayport, FL and Bahrain. CNSL ships deploy world-wide. The contractor shall furnish all support personnel necessary to ensure the effective and efficient operation and management of CNSL travel program. The Contractor shall provide support to CNSL in preparation and review of travel authorization and vouchers, management and collection of overpayments and debts, management of the Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) and Individually Billed Accounts (IBAs), and providing specific DTS support for CNSL HQ and their subordinate commands at the locations mentioned above. Contractor personnel must have a minimum-Secret security clearance for CNSL facility access and access and exposure to classified data. Contractor shall process the paperwork for a National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC) on all assigned employees. Period of Performance: 16-May-2014 to 15-November-2014 with three (3) one-month options
