Description

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No proposals are being requested at this time. Furthermore, no "Draft" Request For Proposals (RFPs) or Performance Work Statements (PWS) will be available prior to release of the solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19), intends to issue solicitation VA259-14-R-0172 for On-Site Gastroenterology Services at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center (CVAMC) located at 2360, East Pershing Boulevard, Cheyenne, WY 82001. The requirement is for professional Gastroenterology Services, with Endoscopy procedure as the main focus in accordance to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government will provide equipment, supplies and technical personnel. It is anticipated that the contract will have a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Services will be required beginning October 1, 2014. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 621111. Size standard is $10.0 Million. The VA anticipates awarding a fixed price indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract. This requirement will be on a per procedure bases utilizing Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes. The electronic solicitation will be available for download on or around Friday, May 30, 2014, from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. It is the responsibility of those responding to the RFP to obtain all amendments and/or applicable documents. Offerors are instructed to hold all questions until the RFP has been issued. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
