- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease up to 11 (eleven) existing surface or garage PARKING spaces, in the downtown Houston, Texas area, bound by the following streets: Congress, Jackson, Dallas, & Milam (see attached map). Responses to this advertisement outside of the delineated area (within a reasonable walking distance) will also be taken into consideration. Access must be 24-hours. A short-term lease for approximately 12 months is preferred; however, a month-to-month lease is acceptable. Spaces must be ready for use starting September 2014. Lessor MUST be willing to sign a Federal Government lease (see attached example lease). Expressions of interest should include the following: - Vendor name and address - Garage/lot address - Digital photo of street view of property - Annual rental rate per parking space - Number of parking spaces available for lease - Security features of the lot/garage Interested parties may contact: Sarah J.
