This acquisition is for: four (4) Stryker 5MM LAPAROSCOPE AUTOCLAVA (0502-555-010), four (4) Stryker 5MM LAPAROSCOPE AUTOCLAVA (0502-555-030), four (4) Stryker 10MM A/C LAPAROSCOPE AMD DIS DUP SEE (0502-457-010), and four (4) Stryker 10MM A/C LAPAROSCOPE AMD DIS DUP SEE (0502-457-030). The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 339112 and the size standard is 500. This NOTICE OF CONTRACTING ACTION (NCOA) is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals. Justification and Approval for Sole Source acquisition is attached. American Medical Depot is the exclusive channel partner for all Stryker sales to the U.S. Federal Government.
