Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice is posted for the purpose of market research only. Information gained from as a result of this solicitation will be used for planning purposes. The Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (SAVAHCS) is seeking a source for the provision of supplemental nurses to their nursing program. See Scope of Need below. SAVAHCS is seeking small business sources (i.e. Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, 8(a), Woman Owned, Small Disadvantaged, Small Businesses, etc.) to provide Supplemental Nurses under the authority of Title 38 U.S.C. 8153. NAICS 623110: Nursing Care Facilities, applies and the Size Standard is $25,500,000. To express interest in the impending solicitation, please send the following information to the POC below: "Offeror's company name, DUNS, full address, point of contact, title, phone number, and email address. "Offeror's capability to meet this requirement including any current contracts (Civilian or Government) to include meeting the above listed accreditations or similar standards, facility description, capabilities, and certifications. Responses must show clear and convincing evidence that your company and its employees have the capabilities, training, and qualifications to provide this service to be considered as a source.
