Attachment 7 - SCA Area Wage Determination WD 95-0714 Rev. -31 Attachment 6 - Government Furnished Property Listing Attachment 5 - Statement of Work Template Attachment 4 - Statement of Objectives Attachment 3 - EFT Form Attachment 2 - NAF Contract Format Attachment 1 - NAF Special Provisions SF1449 Solicitation Provide catering operations for the Sheppard Club at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The contractor will supply labor, supervision, food, equipment, supplies and all other necessary items to provide the catering services. This will be a concessionaire contract. A site visit will be held 19 May 2014 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Attendees will meet at the visitor's center on Missile Road at Sheppard Air Force Base. All questions are due by 1:00 p.m. CST on 21 May 2014.
