N6328514SU00587 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) is requesting quotes for the following items. The proposed acquisition is to purchase Tactical Vest System. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423910. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 8470. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government is requesting a quote for the following items that are listed and specified below. Please review the requirement and submit a quote to the undersigned within 2 days (14 May 2014). If you cannot bid, please submit your "No Bid" response.. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
