- Request For Information (RFI) for Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Connected Health Office (CHO), Web and VA Mobile Solutions Support The purpose of this modification (4) is to request that respondents include the following with their response to the RFI. The following request is not included in the page count of your response: 1) Provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for two possible approaches VA is considering for the Web Mobile Solution Project: Approach 1: VA purchases mobile devices and data plans as set forth in sections 5.2.2 and 5.2.3 of the PWS. Contractor provides device support as described in task 5.2 of the PWS with the addition of warranties and maintenance agreements for all devices. Approach 2: Contractor provides and retains ownership of devices as part of the overall Web Mobile Solution. Contractor provides device support as described in task 5.2 of the PWS with the addition of warranties and maintenance agreements for all devices. Please provide a ROM for each approach 1 & 2 to cover: - Task 5.1: Project Management for the 12 month base period - Task 5.2 : 20,000 iPad Air tablets for the 12 month base period at the locations and in the amounts specified below. Each iPad should have 16GB memory, an uninterrupted unlimited nationwide data plan with at least 4G LTE data connectivity with fallback to 3G when 4G is unavailable and Cases meeting the requirements of section 5.2.2 of the PWS. - Task 5.3: all support services assuming support of 100 apps and the 20,000 devices described above.
