- The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Warfighter Science, Technology & Applied Research Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to METRO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS, INC., JOHNSTON, RI 02919-4059 for renewal of Real-time Vehicle GPS Tracking Services. METRO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS, INC. is the original company that supplied and installed this system we currently use on the installation. They are the only company that has the technical expertise to trouble shoot the custom made system, specific tools required to service as well as overseeing all of the components required in this system for full maximum performance and continued operation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517210. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4812.
