- Construction Manual Wage Rates Statment of Work Construction Clauses This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Installation and Procurement of D-Type Composite Marine Fender System prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG29-14-Q-PMW163. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2007. This acquisition is set aside small business. The NAICS code is 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The award will be based on lowest price.
