Description

Updated SF33 Cover Page The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Defense Acquistion University, Learning Asset Development, Sustainment and Support (LADSS) Program Final Request for Proposal (RFP) HQ0147-13-R-0005 is released effective May 9, 2014. The Final RFP supersedes and has precedence over the previous "Draft" RFP release. The resultant LADDSS contract will be a single Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursement Contract Line Items (CLINs). The basic ordering period is sixty (60) months. The minimum guaranteed cost for this effort is $5,000.00 which will be used for the post award conference. Offerors are advised to use an estimated start date of July 31, 2014, for pricing purposes, in accordance with Section L-8.2 of the Final RFP. Al l proposal volumes shall be delivered in accordance with Section L-2.1 of the Final RFP. Failure to submit all proposal volumes by the time specified in Section L-2.1 will require the government to handle it as a late proposal in accordance with FAR 52-215.1.
