- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-14-T-0306 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source with Mahr Federal, INC under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 6.302-1. Mahr Federal, INC is the OEM and the only known source able to provide the upgrade. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. See Attached RFQ. Award All or None. Please include shipping fees to zip code 29904 Items must be brand new. It is the vendor's responsibility to provide documentation to allow access to Bldg 612. Award is expected 27 May 2014. Interested persons may submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before 10:00am est. on 14 May2014 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
