Description

This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Saginaw VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602 and the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, currently have a requirement for a contractor(s) to provide a lead-based paint assessment using X-Ray Flourescence ( XRF) technology only. Inspectors must be EPA certified for lead assessments. NAICS 541620, size standard $14 Million applies to this procurement. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement. Vendors are encouraged to provide brief capability statements/ prior work within the scope of work being requested. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
