Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Charles George VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone's interest for: 1.A Mydriatic Retinal Camera that can take color fundus, red-free, fluorescein, ICG and auto-fluorescence pictures of the retina with touch panel controls and pupil mode adjustment ability to the pupil. 2.Slit Lamp Imaging System that connects to the VA (Vista) picture archiving and communication system (PACS) with DICOM compliant digital imaging software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112, Size Standard: 500 employees, and the Classification code is 6540. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1.Company name and DUN # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.Is this item available on FSS Schedule?
