- The United States Government intends to evaluate the renewal of a lease, with the Lessor of Plaza Las Americas Office Tower, 525 FD Roosevelt Avenue, Hato Rey, PR 00918-8001, which occupies 5,996 rentable square feet (RSF) yielding 5,536 ANISI-BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF), to extend the term for an additional five years to August 14, 2016. This is not an invitation for a proposal. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to complete the lease requirement and pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency overtime.
