- Services Specific Tasks THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is conducting market research to determine if there are qualified, interested, and capable vendors able to provide the Office of the Secretary of Defense Reserve Affairs management consulting services in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 with the size standard of $25.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes; however, All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a technical capabilities document (no more than 10 pages in length), which, if received within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by WHS/AD. Please provide short statements regarding the companies' ability to demonstrate existing-or-developed expertise and experience in relation to the objectives specified herein. Any commercial brochures or currently existing marketing material may also be submitted with the Capabilities statement. Submissions of capability statement(s) are not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist in tailoring requirements to be consistent with industry capabilities. Contractors are requested to provide Capability Statements, not to exceed 10 total pages addressing the following required capabilities: 1. Contract must demonstrate knowledge of capabilities that address the key elements in this requirement specify task sections. 2. Contractor must demonstrate previous work experience representing services similar in scope to this requirement. 3. Contractor must demonstrate ability to obtain SECRET Level Facility Clearance Required for requirement. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is neither to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. All responses must be submitted to the Government via e-mail to Viol.G.Trice.civ@mail.mil no later than 12:00pm (EST) on 14 May 2014. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an SBA 8(a) offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Only attached Microsoft Word/Excel compatible files or Adobe Acrobat PDF files in electronic correspondence are acceptable. NO telephonic question/requests will be entertained.
