Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Performance Assessment Department, Code PA44 requires four (4) Apogee Labs Matrix Switches and one (1) Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT) in support of the Missile Defense Agency Sea Based Terminal (MDA SBT). The Apogee Labs Matrix Switches and BERT are integral components of the ADVANCED TELEMETRY SYSTEM - CLASSIFIED/UNCLASSIFIED (ATS-C/U). This system will be used to route and process Navy missile firing telemetry (TM) data. The Apogee Labs Matrix Switches will be used to support SBT projects that have been scheduled for the next several years. The government intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Apogee Labs. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 12. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to tan.mai@navy.mil or by phone at 951-273-4963. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCURMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTEREST IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS.
