Description

New Mexico VA Health Care System, Psychology Video Database VA258-14-Q-0474 Request for Quotes This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplementing additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72, effective January 30, 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this acquisition is 519130, Internet publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. The service required is a subscription to a streaming video database of expert psychotherapy and counseling demonstrations to be used as a learning aid for mastering complex tasks such as psychotherapy for approximately 150 Behavioral Health clinicians. This acquisition is full and open competition. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format for commercial items following.
