- The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5, intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: SRX-600 radio receiver for manual tracking and automatic datalogging of both coded and beeper VHF transmitters; built in GPS; up to 8 antennae; logs date, time, frequency, signal strength and antenna number; includes communication software, download and 12V power cables, AC charger and carry case, 2 digitally coded radio transmitter; ~1 g; backpack attachment; 166.380 MHz, rechargeable GPS datalogger; Will attempt 10 fixes; -1.2g; extra waterproofing will add weight; 1mm attachment tube at front, loops at back, and PinPoint Reader/Programmer/Charger USB. This requirement is sole sourced to: Lotek Wireless, 115 Pony Drive, Newmarket ON, Canada L3Y 7B5, due to unique capability. This procurement action is identified as small business with an award amount of $65,625.00.
