Description

Please complete and return the entire packet by email. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) for NSN 8415-01-463-5934, Yellow Rubber Gloves (Size 9 Large) Yellow in color, and length 13 inches +/- 1-1/4 inches. Unit of issue is DZ (dozen with twelve (12) pairs of gloves in a package). A complete item description is provided on pages 3-4 of the RFQ packet. This SQA will ship direct delivery orders throughout CONUS to civilian and DOD agencies. FOB terms will be destination. Shipments to DOD agencies require the shipments be marked IAW MIL-STD-129 with bar codes. Please read the Item Purchase Description requirements. Return ALL pages of the completed RFQ and attach a specification sheet with the product you are quoting. Preferred method of response is by email. It is no longer required to mail a signed copy to this office. The RFQ is not a small business set-aside. Foreign offers will be allowed. Read Free Trade Agreement clause & offers eligible products. Country of origin must be noted on the Schedule of Item page. Please complete where needed, date, sign and return the entire packet by the due date and time on page 1.
