Description
See attached for detail. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400- 14-T-0085 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005- 72 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is S209 and t he NAICS code is 812320. In accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), the Government is soliciting quotes for the services for Laundry Cleaning Service for CATC Camp Fuji, Japan All services, as annotated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), awarded as a result of this RFQ are expected to commence no later than the date specified in the contract award and the PWS. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. It is the quotes responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the offered services. Therefore, the offerors shall submit all technical information pertaining to their offered services in order for the Government to determine technical acceptability. All quotes shall be in English language. All clauses referenced can be viewed at the following link: http://farsite.hill.af.mil Offerors are instructed to completely fill out the attached "coversheet" and return it along with your quote. Failure to provide the required information and attachment may result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government. Offerors are advised questions regarding this requirement must be submitted to kazuhot.tamayose.ja@usmc.mil NLT 1600 (EST) on 12 May 2014. Consequently, any questions received after this date and time specified will not be answered unless the Contracting Officer determines it is in the best interest of the Government to answer the question(s). Submission of Quotations Format of Quotations: All offerors technical information shall be submitted in addition to a price quotation. The quotation, submitted in response to this solicitation, shall be formatted as follows, in separately bound volumes. Quoters must include the name, title, address, and phone number of the individual responsible for inquiries to the quotation. The quotation shall be submitted via email to kazuho.tamayose.ja@usmc.mil or via fax to 011-81-611-745-0959 NLT 16:00(EST) on 21 May 2014. However, offerors are advised it is their responsibility to ensure all information pertaining to this RFQ is received in full by the Regional Contracting Office-MCIPAC NLT the expiration of this RFQ.
